Spolupráce probíhala bez problémů, setkali jsme se s několika makléři z této RK a vždy spokojenost. I menší opravy včetně výměny kotle, který byl již zastaralý byly provedeny bez odkladů. Jen nás trochu mrzelo započtení provize do kupní ceny, což samozřejmě zvýšilo daň z nabytí. Ale i přesto můžeme RK doporučit.

Pegas Property mohu s čistým svědomím doporučit jako solidní společnost s dlouhou historií působení na trhu. První obchod jsem se společností realizoval už v roce 2013 a jejich profesiální přítstup mě tehdy velmi překvapil. Dnes už raději nehledám jinde a sázím na ověřenou kvalitu…

Pegas doporucuji, vsichni zamestnanci vcetne majitele jsou velice vstricni a maji profesionalni pristup. Mam s nimi velice dobrou zkusenost nejen pri koupi nemovitosti, ale take po koupi, coz neni u mnoha firem caste.
