Autobus nejel, infolinku nikdo nezvedal, emailu s informací o zrušení jízdy jsem si všiml pozdě, protože přišla hodinu před plánovaným odjezdem a navíc ještě do složky hromadné, kde nechodí upozornění.

Absolutně neseriózní dopravce. Přes Idos jsem si zakoupila jízdenku do Třeboně na 9.8. v 7.00. Bus nepřijel bez upozornění na zrušený spoj a bez omluvy! Reklamovala jsem přes smluvní podmínky Idosu, ten reklamaci postoupil dopravci. Na lince United bus arogantní ženská, která mi sdělila…

Bohužel nejde dát nula. Jak může v dnešní době autobusová linka prostě nejet? Na telefonu to nikdo nebere a já zůstal ve Staré Říši uprostřed ničeho v neděli před polednem. Další autobus někam do civilizace jel za 3,5 hodiny. NIKDY VÍCE United Buses! Díkybohu za slušné a ochotné lidi…
