Po špatné zkušenosti se zednickou a instalatérskou firmou, s kterou jsem se v průběhu stavby raději rozloučil a riskoval, že na delší dobu stavbu úplně zastavím, jsem narychlo sháněl náhradu. Oslovil jsem snad všechny místní firmy a pan Němeček byl pouze jedním ze dvou, kteří se přijeli…
