Kupní smlouva nebyla uzavřena, nedodržen datum uzavření v rezervační smlouvě. Přesto mi odmítli vrátit rezervační zálohu. Recepční v Praze mi vymáčkla telefon a nebyla schopna mi sdělit telefonní číslo na právní oddělení. Na pobočce v Českých Budějovicích mi sdělili telefonní číslo…
