Dobrý den,před měsícem jsem si objednala 5 ks roušek a zaplatila. Bohužel mi přišly pouze 4 ks, s tím, že až bude látka, bude mi pátá rouška doposlána. Ač jsem objednávala roušky velikosti na ženu, přišly roušky na dítě. Ihned jsem reagovala, že roušku už doposlat nechci, že objednané…

Dobrý den, již s Vámi vrácení roušek řeším. Zatím nám nedorazily roušky zpátky, abychom mohli poslat peníze zpět. Štítek jsem Vám zaslala také, ač to není naší povinností. Chtěla jste extra přístup, ten jsem nabídla, ale bohužel nemůžeme obcházet systémy a vracet peníze, když nemáme…
