In 2015 a project of a microbrewery with a restaurant in the heart of Olomouc was created. The restaurant is conceived in a modern spirit, guests can watch the production of beer with their own eyes, including the maturation of beer in the bottles, through a window in the floor. We pride ourselves on home cooking, quality and freshness of ingredients.
