Zakoupil jsem motorku za 140 000 Kč, kde z výroby chybí navařená matice držáku blatníku a SPZ a je patrná počínající koroze. Při reklamaci požadují dovezení celého stroje (pro mě = pronájem auta s tažným + přívěsný vozík). Nabídl jsem, že demontuji a přivezu pouze držák, což bylo odmítnuto…

Pane Scheidere, předně je třeba uvést, že předmětem problému je držák registrační značky (RZ), nikoliv zadní blatník. Při převzetí jste motorku osobně a velmi důkladně kontroloval déle než hodinu a žádnou vadu jste neshledal. Držák RZ byl v naprostém pořádku, náš technik přímo před…
