Děkuji servisnímu oddělení Besys, především panu Doleželovi, že mi zvedl telefon i v nočních hodinách přes vánoční svátky a poradil, co udělat s houkajícím alarmem. Výměna vadného akumulátoru ústředny proběhla technikem hned druhý den ráno. V dnešní době je tohle věc docela nevídaná…

Alarm mám instalovaný jinou firmou, se kterou však byla těžká domluva. Technici z Besys byli ochotní přijet a opravit problém druhý den po zavolání. Nemám důvod si stěžovat, ba naopak doporučuji.
