Zakoupila jsem žehličku s s vyvíječem páry Comel SNAIL 3, bohužel mi dorazilo zboží špatně zabalené (nebylo v originálním obalu s pevnými proklady), poškozené. Dokonce jeden vypínač nebyl originální. Jsem velmi rozladěná, za plnou cenu bez domluvy dostat rozbalené a poškozené zboží…

Dobrý den, bohužel není pravda, že žehlička nebyla originál zabalená a že odmítám odstoupení od smlouvy. Žehličku jste si zakoupila na firmu(Ič) a zde platí trochu jiná pravidla. Nicméně jsem pochybení nedopatřením uznal a omluvil jsem se Vám a nabídnul jsem Vám výměnu žehličky za…
