Absolutní nespokojenost s ošetřením a přístupem vůbec. Objednají vás na čas,který ale není dodržen,protože se musí personál pobavit a sdělit si své zážitky z předcházejícího dne. Při zákroku,kdy byl údajně kazík na předním zubu(ikdyž zub nebolel) a byl ošetřen hloubkově až do kanálku…
