Dnes jsme Vam meli dorucit balicek XXXXXXXXX od odesilatele . Omlouvame se, ale vybrany AlzaBox Hovorcovice - (Autocentrum) byl v dobe doruceni plny. Balik se pokusime znovu dorucit v nejblizsim moznem terminu, budeme Vas informovat. Pokud balik nezbytne potrebujete jiz dnes, je mozne…

Balík dvakrát nebyli schopni dodat do Alza boxu a pak se - v rozporu s informacemi, které jsou na jejich stránkách (https://www.dpd.com/cz/cs/faq/jak-postupovat-pokud-neni-balicek-dorucen/) a bez jakéhokoliv pokusu o kontaktování mě - rozhodli balík vrátit odesílateli. To by mě hanba fackovala se takto zachovat.
