Tuto firmu nedoporučuji, není schopná poskytnout servis ke kufrům, které prodává. Koupil jsem zde kufr ORMI za cca 1900kč. Hned při první cestě vypadla oska kolečka a kolečko se celé poškodilo. Banální problém, no může se to stát, od toho je záruka. Napoprvé reklamace odmítmuta, že…

JanaV mohu potvrdit, že firma skutečně nekomunikuje. Zaslala jsem písemné odstoupení od smlouvy v balíku s taškami ještě jsem firmu informovala e-mailem o mém odstoupení od smlouvy. Dodržela jsem všechny pokyny, které firma DEMIX uvádí na svých stránkách a navíc jsem je již 2x kontaktovala…
