I když oprava myčky Beko díky povodním proběhla až po čtrnácti dnech od nahlášení byla rychlá a perfektní. Skvělá a rychlá komunikace a velmi dobrý přístup k zákazníkovi. Velmi šikovný, ochotný a i dalšími radami ohledně provozu a případné diagnostiky dalších spotřebičů Beco. Absolutní spokojenost.

Super servis, záruční oprava po provozních hodinách, v 15.30h. konzultována závada a v 16,10h závada odstraněna. Dávám 6 hvězdiček, Kamila-Oskava.
