Paní majitelka je velice hrubá k cizím lidem. Arogantní a verbálně agresivní. Dvakrát jsem šla pro balík a poprvé mi řekla, že mi ho nevydá, že něco dělá a po druhé mě poslala dvakrát rozměnit hotovost..na to jsem se ohradila, proč nemá peníze v kase na vrácení. A ona se začala hádat…
