The romantic castle ruins from the 13th century tower over the Berounka River valley. The castle was founded by Jetřich of Krašov in 1232 and over the centuries has had many other owners. Now it is owned by the Association for the Protection of Nature Reserve and Krašov Castle in Kralovice.

Částečně opravená romantická zřícenina nad Berounkou. Dostali jsme se na místo až kolem 19h, kdy už mělo být zavřeno. K našemu překvapení byl hrad otevřený, včetně pokladny, kde lze platit kartou! Průvodci na hradě spí, takže zavíračka je jen orientační. Nádherné výhledy na řeku a…

Great place to go with beautiful views and mediaeval atmosfere. Imagine the people living there and you will achieve nice travel in time ;-) Thx to all humans which preserved this marvel to all of us. 100+ year of work and volunteering which makes sense!
