Objednala jsem si zlatý dřez a zlatou baterii. Vše dorazilo do 2 dnů. Bohužel dorazil chybně dřez černý, přesto hezký. Po přečtení recenzí jsem se zděsila dalšího průběhu, eshop byl ale naprosto profesionální, omluvil se a ihned zařídil odvoz zboží a vrácení peněz. Vřele doporučuji.

V žádném případě nic neobjednávat. A když už, okamžitě rozbalit překontrolovat stav zboží. Reklamace se nevyřizuje.

Dobrý den, eshop je neseriózní, pokud nemají zboží vyloženě skladem, neustále odsouvají doručení (a to až o měsíc - aniž by se někdo omluvil). Následně se zásilka ztratila a zaměstnanec na infolince mi řekl, že neví, kde je, a že pro to nepoběží. Cenami jsou sice konkurenceschopní…
