Není co hodnotit. Po telefonu domluveno. Pán se ozval dopoledne, že přijede v cca 16 hodin. Od té doby se už neozval a ani nereaguje na volání. Taková služba je k ničemu. Vždy se může cokoli stát, ale je potřeba reagovat a vysvětlit, domluvit další termín. Ale když se sami neozvou, a ani nezvednou telefon....
