Na technické otázky podnik neodpověděl, ani na opakovaný mail se nenamáhali ani napsat "vy... mi ....." což by nebylo tak sprosté jako neodpovědět vůbec. Firma to asi nemá zapotřebí, když takto ukazuje, jak klienty opovrhuje.
