The association is a voluntary, non-governmental, non-profit association of citizens. The basic aim of the association is to bring together members who strive to restore and preserve folk, cultural and sporting traditions associated with the region of Czech Siberia, the village of Heřmaničky and to spread education, culture and neighbourly fellowship.
