Vyšetření jsem si objednal eshopem, možná v tom byl problém. Odběr bez problémů, ale dostat se pak k výsledkům zabralo celé odpoledne emailování. Nejprve mi poslali prázdný formulář, pak dva stejné nekompletní, na třetí pokus, po další reklamaci, to už přišlo jakž takž a obsahovalo…
