Jsem konsternovaná z přístupu obsluhy při reklamaci zásilky (vydána špatná zásilka, kterou jsem jim chtěla vrátit) naprostá ignorace, i jsem volala na zásilkovnu, jestli obsluze poradí, jak zásilku s trasovacím číslem přijmout a prodavačku to vůbec nezajímalo.
