
We operate a distillery.
We produce fruit distillate from the ferment produced by the grower. The wort should be at least 130 litres. We process all types of fruit. Cherries, sour cherries, grapes, cranberries and currants must be de-stemmed. We dilute the distillate to the spirituousness according to the customer's requirements with suitable bottled water. The usual concentration is 51%.
