We operate an organic farm. We breed Suffolk sheep, European deer, spotted fallow deer and produce fish on five ponds. We sell lambs, venison, fishing tickets and live fish.
My whole life so far has been dedicated to nature and what happens in it. That's why I became a forester, but most of all I am fascinated by the life of birds of prey.
