Kvalitně vybavený apartmán, vstup přes key box, skvělá komunikace, adekvátní, dokonce spíš nižší cena, v úplném centru města. S tím je spojena obtíž s parkováním, protože dům je na pěší zóně. Ale v dosahu je několik (ne příliš drahých) možností.
