Bohužel. My se s panem Hulánkem zřejmě potkáme u soudu. A pokud vím, zdaleka nejsme sami, kdo jsme byli loni i letos maximálně nespokojeni. Byt je dodnes nepředaný (smlouva podepsána 23.3.2025) , vrácení klíčů jsme z něho vymáhali měsíce, revizi elektřiny jsme zařizovali sami, domalovávali…

Velice korektní jednání. Před každou změnou byla provedena úprava nabídky a o postupu práce jsme byli neustále informováni. Velice oceňujeme flexibilitu, protože z původní plánované opravy jádra se rekonstrukce rozšířila na celý byt. S prací jsme velice spokojeni a firmu vřele doporučujeme.

Termín dokončení díla rekonstrukce měla být 24.10.2025, takže víc jak pět měsíců po termínu. Zhotovitel p. Hulánek dle SOD jednoznačně nesplnil povinnosti dodávek, které by mu umožňovali vystavit třetí fakturu, což učinil a přitom není provedena předstěna pro wc-zazdění Geberitu, nejsou…
