Objednal jsem si litinový rošt, který dorazil pouze v papírové krabici, bez jakéhokoli obalení nebo ochrany. Rošt přišel zlomený. Chápu, že při přepravě se podobná věc může stát. Co ale považuji za zásadní problém, je naprostá nefunkčnost komunikace ze strany e-shopu. Na opakované…
