Horší komunikace ohledně balíku. Mnohdy balík stojí na depu a čeká na rozvoz - v mém případě 2 dny navíc.

Tragédie - nekompetentní a neschopní. Kdy zásilka dorazí, případně jestli se dovím asi nejlépe ve věštecké kouli než u této firmy.

Absolutní amatérismus,žádné info dopředu o nedoručení zásilky v daný čas, omluva opožděně že doručí následující den a po zadání sledování balíku opět trčí na depu.Po kontaktu operátora dostávám info že ho bohužel opět nedoručí bez nějakého infa ze strany dopravce. EDIT Tak teď mi píše…
