Operation of a growing distillery. We burn all fruit kvasses, 180 litres of kvass is burnt in 2 hours. We dilute the distillate according to the grower's requirements. We measure the amount of alcohol and sugar in the ferment free of charge.We offer processing of your fruit, controlled fermentation and subsequent burning.
