Vstřícnost, slušné jednání, otevřenost. Po cca 2 měsících zhruba 4kg dole. Bez nutnosti se nějak více namáhat pohybem, což by jistě nebylo na škodu, ale ve věku / bude mi 60 / a při zdravotních problémech, to vždy není možné. Pouze úpravou stravy. Jsem najedený, mám energii a nemusím…
