Kvalita služeb šla za poslední dobu hodně nízko. Objednaná kytice na oslavu narozenin v ceně 1.000,-kč byla zavadlá, květiny nebyly čerstvé. Cena neodpovidala skutečnosti. Reklamace nebyla uznána.
