Our technology has already helped save more than 300 lives in the Czech Republic, and now we are expanding to new markets.To support our growth in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), we’re looking for a Sales Manager for the CEE region who will help us grow in Poland, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria and build strong relationships with distributors and healthcare partners.This role is ideal for someone who knows the medical device market, understands how to work with distributors, and enjoys building new markets from the ground up.What you’ll do:Develop our business in Poland, Romania and BulgariaIdentify and onboard local distributors and commercial partnersBuild relationships with hospitals, cardiologists and key healthcare stakeholdersSupport distributors with sales activities, product training and presentationsWork on tenders and key customer opportunitiesTrack sales performance and identify new opportunities in the regionCollaborate with our marketing, product and regulatory teamsWhat we’re looking for:3-6 years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare technologyExperience working with distributors in the healthcare sectorKnowledge of the local healthcare market in Poland, Romania or BulgariaIdeally existing contacts with distributors or key healthcare playersHands-on, proactive approach and strong relationship-building skillsFluent EnglishWillingness to travel across the region (around 30-40%)What we offer:A role where your work directly contributes to saving livesThe opportunity to build and grow new marketsEmployee stock option programFlexible working environmentFriendly startup culture with global ambitions
