Obrázky leptají na nekvalitní kazové sklo. Objednány 4 ks a jeden kazový na dvou místech po celé délce. Když jsem chtěla sklenici reklamovat, tak oni mají obrázek v pořádku a reklamaci neuznávájí, protože je to chyba dodavatele

Vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o ruční práci na zakázku, je tato reklamace naprosto nerelevantní. Samozřejmě každou práci na zakázku dokumentujeme nejen pro inspiraci pro naše zákazníky, ale také pro evidenci hotových zakázek. Finanční kompenzace byla nabídnuta, ovšem zde je uvedený…
