Objednal jsem vyhřívanou vestu, dorazil mi špatný kus. Zboží jsem poslal zpět na adresu, kterou mi e-shop uvedl. Pan Vojtěch Ulrich mi e-mailem potvrdil, že reklamaci převzali 22.1. a že bude vyřešena nejpozději do 22.2. K dnešnímu dni mi nebylo doručeno žádné řešení (ani výměna, ani…

Než zaplatíte firma komunikuje, po odeslání platby už s Vámi nikdo nemluví. Bohužel zboží objednáno, zaplaceno a firma nekomunikuje, rozhodně nedoporučuji. Nemám ani zboží ani peníze

Zboží objednáno a zaplaceno 14.4.2025. Dnes 29.4.2025 a zboží nedodáno, ani není na cestě. Po první telefonické urgenci slíbeno odeslání obratem. Od té doby je čtvrtý pracovní den, zboží není na cestě. Telefon je buď obsazený nebo bez odezvy. Na email nereagují. Nedoporučuji, neplaťte předem.
