Vyhněte se velkým obloukem !!! Když už po delším urgování něco dostanete tak tonery jsou nekvalitní. Nepíšu negativní recenze, ale v tomhle případě je to nutnost. Nechápu, že ještě fungují a prodávají.

7.12. jsem objednala a hned ZAPLATILA objednávku. Do dnešního dne jsem náplně neobdržela. Na jejich zákaznickou linku se nedá dovolat, na chatu mi píší, ať zanechám mail, ale ani do mailu se mi nikdo neozval. Když jsem se dovolala na Kudrjavceva (reklamace), tak mi slíbil, že vše…
