Reklamaci zásilky podali pozdě, proto nám ji PPL neuznalo. Podklady měli včas a mohli tak několik dnů odeslat žádost. To se však nestalo a přišli jsme tak o 4500 Kč.

Omylem jsem klikla na storno objednávky,kterou jsem již zaplatila. Bylo to kolem 8 hod.ráno. Teď je 14 hod.odpoledne....a žádná reakce😥 Psala jsem email....a nic...žádná odezva. Asi jsem přišla o peníze😡

Go-balík používám pro svůj e-shop. Ceny jsou výhodné a hlavně kdykoliv potřebuju s něčím pomoct nebo poradit, reakce je téměř okamžitá.
