Objednal jsem si v Qsport Vrchlabí dvoje boty, z nichž jedny jsem musel vrátit kvůli nesedící velikosti. Podle jejich odpovědi mi měly být peníze vráceny do 14 dnů, ale ani po měsíci se nic nestalo. Teprve po mé urgenci mi částka přišla zpět na účet, bez jakéhokoli vysvětlení nebo…

Už měsíc čekám na vrácení 6000 Kč za 2 páry bot a nic se neděje, urguju přes email i telefon...V emailu jsem našla 1 odpověď, že mám zaslat číslo účtu, což jsem ihned udělala a v telefonu mi řekli, že částku mají nastavenou k zaslání v den telefonátu. Nebyla to pravda, ale to jsem…
