We're a small company that cures large cuts of meat. We do it the same way we did it back in the garage. 100% honest and 100% from the heart, and 100% from Czech breeding. For us, for you, for your friends. Each piece is a hand-cut piece of meat. Then we soak it in marinade and let it dry, one by one.
