Od začátku skvělá komunikace a naprosto lidský přístup. I když jsem se v hypotékách vůbec nevyznal, vše mi bylo trpělivě a srozumitelně vysvětleno tak, abych opravdu chápal, jak celý proces funguje. Vážím přístupu, kdy se člověk necítí jako "další klient", ale jako někdo, komu chtějí opravdu pomoct. Děkuji!
