We operate an eshop offering refurbished electronics. Our products are up to 40% cheaper than new and more sustainable. Refurbishment takes place in up to 40 separate steps, after which the products work, look and feel like brand new.

Web je přehledný, ceny příznivé a koupit repasované zboží mi nevadí. Avšak všechno je to potopené katastrofální neschopností reklamačního týmu (komunikace na bázi 1 zpráva za týden). Už měsíc (!!!) vyřizují návratové štítky pro rozbitý mobil, abych jim jej mohl odeslat. Absolutní neschopnost…

Ahoj kupoval jsme na refurbet iphone 12 pro Max už před rokem. Po dvou měsících odešel displey a po reklamaci a vymene odešel po dvou měsících znova. Po vypršení záruky jsem si po třetí opravoval telefon doma sám a zjistil jsme že nějaký opravář z refurbet mi do telefonu zapomněl dát…
