Jsem holka v pokročilém věku, co nikdy nic moc nedělala pro svoje zdraví. Nechuť k pohybu a trochu i stud z fitka. Při prvním setkání s Mírou z vás všechno spadne a pak už při každý další hodině sledujete, že vás to baví. Diky profesionálnímu přístupu, díky reálný cestě, kterou jste…
