PLATBA ELEKŘINY dle skutečné spotřeby (elektrické topení + bojler + světla). Topit se dá zdarma dřevem. Zálohu ve výši 50% očekávám do týdne od předběžné rezervace. Storno podmínky: 30-14 dnů 20%, 13-7 dnů 30%, 6-0 dnů 40% z ceny. Změna cen vyhrazena.
