Stejně jako mnozí další recenzenti musím přidat záporné hodnocení za špatnou komunikaci. Od 30/12/2023 řeším reklamaci LED soilárního osvětlení, kód pro Zásilkovnu jsem obdržel emailem a za poměrně krátkou dobu, od toho momentu je to již horší. Email bez reakce, telefon (jediný uveřejněný na webu) nikdo nezvedá.

Již téměř půl roku se snažím s obchodem vykomunikovat reklamaci venkovního světla, které od začátku nefungovalo, zasláno jim zpět bylo přes zásilkovnu pod číslem, které mi sami zaslali (kupodivu) a nic. Dovolat se nedá, na mail neodpovídají či sporadicky a já stále čekám na řešení…
