The cottage has a large lounge which was refurbished in December 2022 and a kitchen which is fully equipped for large groups. The cottage has a large garden.

The holiday cottage is located on the outskirts of the small mountain village of Kubova Hut', 10 km south of Vimperk. The property is an ideal starting point for business trips and other sports activities in any season. There are two ski slopes directly in the village, cross-country skiing trails and marked cycling routes.
