We don’t train primarily for competitions and medals. What matters most to us is the joy of movement and the small victories over ourselves: learning how to fall, improving at gymnastics, advancing to a new belt level, accepting defeat in a match, gaining confidence, building strength and stamina, and forming new friendships.
