Prístup k zákazníkovi teda naozaj hrozný (obsluhoval ma pán). Nepozdravil, uvítal ma so slovami, čo hľadám, medzitým ako ma vybavoval mu volal nejaký zákazník, komunikoval s ním strašne arogantne, podráždene a vyzeral pritom, že ho to strašne obťažuje, nakoniec mu hovor vypol, pretože…
