Objednal jsem zboží, které obchod normálně přijal, ale až následně mi přišel e-mail, že položka už není dostupná a nebude vůbec odeslána. O důvodu žádná konkrétní informace ani nabídka náhrady — prostě jednostranné zrušení objednávky. Peníze sice vrátí, ale až do 14 dní, což je maximální…

Třikrát po sobě mi automaticky změnili objednávku a pokaždé dorazily jen baleríny místo původně objednaných tenisek a balerín. Neustále stejná chyba, stále stejný výsledek. Kvůli tomu jsem musela platit něco, co jsem si vůbec neobjednala, takže jsem byla jen v mínusu. Velmi špatná zkušenost.
