Tréninková hodina trvá zpravidla do 60 ti minut v Eurogym fitness. Zdarma nezávazná konzultace, úvodní pohovor a brožura glikemických indexů. Ostatní informace osobně při úvodní schůzce, nebo na e-mail cerny-ot@seznam.cz. Tréninky pondělí až pátek 6:00-22:00, po dohodě i jindy.
