Nainstalované okna jsou z výroby poškozené, nejdou zavírat, neřeší reklamace. Žádná komunikace. Po každé instalaci firmy nějaký problém!

Poptávka na venkovní rolety proběhla dosti podivně. Technik měl dovolenou a na zaměření tedy nikdo nedojel (to se ještě pochopit dá), tak jsem si vše zajistil sám, specifikoval dle katalogů o jaké zboží mám zájem a tím komunikace navždy skončila. Ještě jsem jim tedy napsal, že mne…
