Příšerná zkušenost. Předání špinavého domu na pronájem. Museli jsme dóm okamžitě opustit. Ani hostitel ani Airbnb hotline nebyli k dostiženi. Ve večerních hodinách hledali jsme ubytování na hotelu. Neobdrželi jsme ani peníze za pronájem (15 nocí). Velký stres a zklamaní. Airbnb nikdy více!!! Novasol - fuck you.

Skrz Novasol & AirBnb jsme pobývali během dovolené ve Španělsku. Ihned při check-inu jsme narazili na potíže, kdy po nás recepční chtěl číslo pokoje, které nám Novasol nezaslal. V chatu absolutně nereagovali, na jejich emergency hotlince někde v Německu paní nevěděla vůbec nic. Do…
