Dem.....společnost, která nezvládne vyřešit ani základní servisní úkon. Volá z inkognito čísla a na infolince se nikomu nedovoláte a na SMS nelze odpovědět. Naprosto reta.... přístup u společnosti prodávající nadstandardně drahé spotřebiče.

NEDOPORUČUJI! Tedy doporučuji se obloukem tomuto partnerovi společnosti Siemens vyhnout. Naprostá neochota řešit problém. Dokonce popírají jeho existenci. Návštěva technika BSH zabrala několik týdnů naprosté ignorace, kdy bylo potřeba ho urgovat. Zápach pravděpodobně z asfaltových…

Objednal jsem opravu myčky a vybral si termín, kdy má dorazit technik. Několikrát před termínem jsem obdržel mail, abych se připravil na příjezd technika a že technik se vším počítá. V den a čas kdy měl technik dorazit (Pondělí mezi 12-16 hod) nikdo nedorazil a ve 14. hod mi volá…
